In this document, "gd89", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating the gd89.ws website and its associated mobile applications. "You", "member", and "user" refer to anyone who has created an account or is using the services on gd89.

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on gd89:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except where a cash-out option is available.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, gd89 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Gd89's decision on all bet outcomes is final.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the bet will be voided and your stake refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gd89:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Attempting to hack, introduce viruses, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Using betting bots or automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting game errors or vulnerabilities.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Filing fraudulent chargeback claims.

If such activity is detected, gd89 will immediately close the account and take legal action if necessary.

Gd89 believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

You have access to the following features:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum stake amount per bet.
• Session Limit: Limit your continuous play sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Permanent Closure: You may also opt for full self-exclusion from gd89.

Gd89 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• For violating the Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to submit KYC documents.
• When an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

To close your account, submit a request to gd89 Support. Your account will be closed once all pending withdrawals have been processed.

Inactive accounts may be charged an administrative fee of ৳100 or 10% of the balance (whichever is lower) per month.

Gd89 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be posted on the website and app.
• A notification will be sent to your registered email address.
• The date of any changes will be updated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

These terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. Any disputes must first be directed to the gd89 support team for resolution.
